Already established with several clients in financial services, the Baltics, particularly Lithuania, represent a region with significant growth potential where Skaleet aims to further strengthen its position as a strategic player and European leader in Core Banking. 

To achieve this, we are seeking a locally based professional capable of driving a substantial and meaningful impact within the baltics region, with deep knowledge of the local environment, culture, and market dynamics.

This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute directly to Skaleet's expansion within this fast-growing market. You will play a pivotal role in developing our business in the region, strengthening our network, and delivering measurable results over the short, medium, and long term.

With the help of our GTM factory, build deploy and execute on Skaleet GTM in the baltics:

Business and relationship development

• Identify and reach out to prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and present our solution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners to leverage the network and create opportunities building strong and close relationships with them.

Sales

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of relevant prospects.
• Present and promote the Skaleet solution to key decision-makers to strengthen our presence in the Baltic market.
• Manage negotiations and successfully close commercial contracts.
  

Strategy and Growth

• Define and implement the development strategy for the region to achieve growth objectives.
• Establish a clear roadmap to penetrate and solidify Skaleet's presence in the Baltic market.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships to accelerate business development.
  

Market and Competitive Intelligence

• Conduct active market monitoring to track economic, technological, and competitive developments in the region

Performance Management

• Produce regular reports on progress, successes, and challenges encountered.
• Optimize commercial processes to ensure operational efficiency in the region.

[Desired Profile]

✨ You are a great match if :

• Location: Based in Vilnius.
• Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier business school.
• In-depth knowledge of the Core Banking ecosystem or banking IT software in the Baltic region; you are a recognized expert in the field.
• You are well-known in the industry and the region and have a strong, actionable network.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a fintech or a bank.
• Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams; an excellent team player.
• You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the dynamic energy of scale-ups.
• Strategic planning and execution skills.
• You have a previous experience in an international or European setting.

In addition to the fixed component, the remuneration includes a variable part based on a percentage of the signed ARR.
