💡Contexte

As a Product Manager, you will join the Product team, and will report directly to Ségolène, our CPO. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for our payment solutions. You will play a key role in the development of innovative features, working closely with the development, marketing, and customer support teams.

👉Your missions

• Define the medium- and long-term vision and strategy for payment products in collaboration with the CPO, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.
• Coordinate the entire product lifecycle: risk assessment, technical feasibility, partner identification and selection, and implementation tracking with all internal stakeholders.

• Manage the product's marketing mix, including product strategy, pricing policies, distribution channels, and communication strategies.

• Design the product roadmap and translate the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, prioritizing based on business and customer impact.

• Lead and structure specialized payment squads to ensure rapid market deployment of new offerings with optimal resources.

• Contribute to the design and drafting of commercial proposals, provide technical support to sales teams, and participate in client pitches and visits.

• Advocate for the product to raise awareness and ensure understanding; build alignment around the product vision, both internally and with key external partners.

• Implement key performance indicators to measure product success and adjust strategies based on achieved results.

• Ensure that products comply with local and international payment regulations.

✨ You are a great match if :

• Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Experience: minimum of 4 years in a fintech or a bank as a Product Manager.
• You have an excellent understanding of financial products for both individuals and businesses, including accounts, cards, payments, SEPA, PSD2, and loans.
• You are well-versed in the banking sector and its inner workings (APIs, customer data management, compliance, payment and card flow operations, and key rulebooks).
• Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.
• You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.
• Bonus Points: Previous experience in an international or European setting is a plus.

Ségolène joined Skaleet in 2017 as a Product Owner and has grown into the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO) since 2021.Her main objective is to support, structure and accelerate the economic growth of the company. I own the product vision and strategy and oversee all elements of the product from conceptualization to delivery performance.
