Role Overview:

As a FinTech QAAutomation Engineer, you will join the Quality Assurance team, based in Boulogne-Billancourt, to lead the charge in automation efforts and uphold the highest standards of technical excellence in the FinTech domain.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand FinTech-specific requirements and design robust test cases.
• Set up and maintain test environments to simulate real-world financial use cases.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify and document defects.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for financial applications and APIs.
• Enhance test automation frameworks, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features and regression testing.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to improve testability and quality.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases.
• Monitor and report on test automation metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on test automation tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines seamlessly.
• Conduct performance and load testing for high-traffic FinTech platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance, preferably in the FinTech domain.
• Proficiency in JavaScript with hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, or Postman.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab and version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with tools such as JMeter, K6, or LoadRunner.
• Strong understanding of FinTech challenges, including compliance, security, and real-time processing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
